Welcome to the Polymer Structures's Web Site. We are a condensed matter physics research group specializing in x-ray diffraction studies and computer modeling of conducting polymer host systems. We are part of the Department of Physics at the University of Wisconsin.
The above molecular image represents the experimentally determined mean chain structure of amorphous HF-doped polyaniline. The carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen and flourine atoms are denoted by grey, blue, white and gold shaded spheres respectively.
